These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of regardino.com and related services
(collectively, the "Service") provided by Galway s.r.o. ("regardino," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

DefinitionsUser ("you," "your"): any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.

Account: your registration with regardino that allows you access to the Service.

Content: all text, images, information, and other materials you submit to the Service.


Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the power to enter into legally binding contracts. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Account RegistrationYou must create an Account to access certain features of the Service.

Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep it updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your Account.


Subscription Plans & FeesThe Service is offered under paid subscription plans. Details of available plans and fees are published on our pricing page.

All fees are in EUR and are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

We may change pricing or introduce new fees after providing at least 30 days’ notice.


Payment TermsPayments are processed via our third-party payment processors.

You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for recurring subscription fees until you cancel.

If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your Account.


Cancellation & RefundsYou may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account settings.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-period refunds will be issued.


License Grant & RestrictionsWe grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

You may not: (i) reverse engineer the Service; (ii) access the Service to build a competitive product; (iii) sublicense, sell, or distribute the Service.


User ContentYou retain ownership of all Content you submit.

By submitting Content, you grant regardino a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display such Content to operate and improve the Service.

You are solely responsible for your Content and compliance with applicable laws.


Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:Violate any applicable law or regulation.

Infringe third-party rights, including intellectual property.

Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.

Engage in unauthorized data scraping or automated data collection.


Intellectual Propertyregardino and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all intellectual property rights.

The Service and all proprietary content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.


Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://regardino.com/privacy.
DisclaimersThe Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind.

We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.


Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, regardino’s liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the event.

In no event will regardino be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.


Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless regardino, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
TerminationWe may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or inactivity.

Upon termination, your license ends, and you must cease all use of the Service.


Governing Law & Dispute ResolutionThese Terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Banská Bystrica, Slovakia.


Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on our site and notifying you at least 30 days before changes take effect.
